ABOUT BELLA VISTA at Guapinol
BELLA VISTA at Guapinol is a boutique ocean view , nature lovers community located in the Central Pacific Coastal Region of Costa Rica, about halfway in between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. We are about 5 miles from the coast above Playas Bejuco and Esterillos, and just 6 miles from the Agricultural town of Parrita where there are all services available.
The property consists of 18 ocean view, estate sized properties ranging from 1.38 of an acre up to 3.52 acres.
Our properties have spectacular ocean and jungle views.
The heart of our property is our 14 acre Nature/ Jungle Preserve which is a regenerating forest with a 1 mile walking trail and abundant wildlife.

Our property has gone full cirle over the last 100 years from Primary Forest, to banana plantation, to cattle grazing land, and has spent the last 27 years regenerating into the forest and intentional development we have today. We spent 1 year hiking the property, studying the contours and planning our low impact development in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem. Our protected Nature Preserve is 14 acres, but including the forested sections of the lots the wooded area of all our lots, our property is close to 60 acres of forest.
Each property has a nice selectively cleared area for building with scattered small hardwood trees and fruit trees, and the remainder of the properties are heavily wooded providing a great habitat for the surrounding wildlife.
We are looking for like minded people interested in the conservation of the area and fostering the unique eco-system and wildlife corridor that exists on our property. We want to build homes within the surrounding nature with as little interruption to the eco system as possible.
Located in the small agricultural area of Guapinol, Costa Rica just 10 to 15 minutes from 6 area beaches and many tourist attractions, and within 1 hour of 4 different National Parks. (Manuel Antonio, Carara, La Cangreja, Marino Ballena.)
