BELLA VISTA at Guapinol is a premier oceanview , nature lovers community located in the Central Pacific Coastal Region of Costa Rica, about halfway in between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. We are about 5 miles from the coast above Playas Bejuco and Esterillos. 

The property consists of 18 Oceanview, estate sized properties ranging from 1.38 of an acre up to 3.52 acres.

The heart of our property is our 14 acre Nature/ Jungle Preserve which has several kilometers of hiking trails and abundant wildlife.

Our property was mianly cleared pastureland at the end of the 90s (except for the lowest section which is currently our Nature Preserve). The property then changed hands several times and went through a phase of natural regeneration and finally in the hands of developers who were planning a 200+ unit housing development when we acquired the land. WE spent 1 year analyzing and hiking the property and planning our low impact development in harmony with the ecosystem. Our protected Nature Preserve is 14 acres, but including the forested sections of the lots the wooded area of our property is close to 60 acres total.  

 Each property has a nice semi cleared area for building with scattered small hardwood trees and fruit trees, and the remainder of the properties are heavily wooded providing a great habitat for the surrounding wildlife.

We are looking for like minded people interested in the conservation of the area and fostering the eco system that exists on our property. We want to build homes within the surrounding nature with as little interruption to the eco system as possible.
